My comments:

When I bought this CD and heard the material on it I was excited that these tracks had surfaced and I still haven't got any clue on where this stuff comes from. Was it perhaps George Harrison himself who gave the reels to the Yellow Doggies? The bootleg releases of later date featured the same tracks in a better sound quality making this CD redundant (apart from track 24 which isn't on the other ones). I still keep it though because I'm a completist and because of reminiscense.
