It's just what the title says it is. A lot of Beatles talk (and some Japanese!).
As a bonus the last track is the audio from the first of two film reels for 'Eat The Document' John and Bob Dylan in the back of a limo from Weybridge to London, May 27, 1966. This is an outtake because the material was judged to weird even for this film.
A very nice CD.
