Imagine... the best known Lennon song. Maybe his most appreciated album. Now we can hear it in its 'pre-Spectorised' stadium: home demo's, studio rehearsals and outtakes. Some of the tracks were broadcast on The Lost Lennon Tapes radio show but appear here in a better soundquality and longer.The CD's are housed in a cardboard box which also contains A 36 page booklet with photo's, an interview with John, an article by John Robertson (The Art & Music Of John Lennon) and a listing of all the tracks including the musicians and their instruments on the different numbers. The songs on this CD set are said to be taken from a tape source which explains the excellent, crisp sound. A truly fantastic Vigotone release !
